Contract Administration
Contract Administration by INTEC encompasses all dealings between the client and the contractor from tendering and contract awards through to completion and final acceptance.
This also involves communication, co-ordination and integration of all partners involved with the project. Important too is the implementation of complete reporting and the compilation and / or verification of as-built documentation.
